The conference “Local and Global, Public and Private: Funds for Film Productions in Lombardy,” promoted by the Lombardia Film Commission, will take place on Tuesday, April 14, at the Palazzo Reale Conference Hall. It will be an in-depth day dedicated to funding opportunities for film and audiovisual productions, with a particular focus on entities active in the Lombardy region.
The initiative was created with the aim of bringing together the main players in the sector to take stock of the support policies currently available and to open a discussion on possible new financing models that integrate public and private resources.
The meeting is aimed at producers, authors, audiovisual professionals, institutional representatives, and stakeholders interested in new financing models for the sector.
“With this initiative, the Lombardia Film Commission renews its commitment to strengthening the Lombard audiovisual ecosystem,” states Mariagrazia Fanchi, President of the Lombardia Film Commission Foundation, “by promoting collaboration models capable of combining a local dimension with a global perspective, economic sustainability, and the enhancement of creativity.”
