The story of a new name&#8221;, in which Elena, one of the two protagonists, goes off to university in the 1960s. <br>The crew has been settled in the Tuscan town since July, thanks to the assistance of the <strong>Manifatture Digitali Cinema<\/strong> where the production offices and all the departments have made their home, also as a result of the collaboration between the <strong>City of Pisa<\/strong> and the <strong>Toscana Film Commission<\/strong> (TFC) which assisted the production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cinema.video\/wp-content\/uploads\/facebook2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39251\" width=\"242\" height=\"182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cinema.video\/wp-content\/uploads\/facebook2.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cinema.video\/wp-content\/uploads\/facebook2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cinema.video\/wp-content\/uploads\/facebook2.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cinema.video\/wp-content\/uploads\/facebook2.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/cinema.video\/wp-content\/uploads\/facebook2.jpg 1392w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 242px) 100vw, 242px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The locations include the Scuola Normale Superiore and Lungarno Pacinotti, the protagonist of an important scene which involved hundreds of local extras. <br>Meanwhile at the <strong>Manifatture Digitali Prato <\/strong>the new <strong>High Specialization Workshop: Renaissance Costumes 2 &#8211; The times of Leonardo<\/strong>, started up again in September, conducted once again by the multi-award-winning Costume Designer <strong>Alessandro Lai<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The activities of the two Tuscan Manifatture represent an original experiment of regional development through the boost given to the audiovisual production chain: this is a project that the Toscana Film Commission is bringing forward thanks to the <strong>Sensi Contemporanei Toscana per il Cinema program<\/strong> and the <strong>Open Calls in support of production. <\/strong><br>Three Open Calls in two years for a total of around \u20ac 760,000, which have supported 31 works, including 5 drama features and 26 documentaries, employing around 600 professionals with an estimated impact on the region of \u20ac 4,600,000, 212 days of filming and an estimated multiplier of 1 to 6 (every euro invested generated 6 in terms of the impact on the region).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Documentaries made by Tuscan filmmakers and\/or filmed in Tuscany is a genre to which the region pays particular attention thanks to <strong>La Compagnia<\/strong>, the only movie theater in Italy dedicated to the exclusive programming of documentaries. <br>There will be two titles at the<strong> Festival dei Popoli<\/strong> (in the Italian Competition) which were realized with the support of the TFC: \u201cMedium\u201d by <strong>Laura Cini <\/strong>and \u201cCaterina\u201d by <strong>Francesco Corsi<\/strong>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cSin\u201d by Andrej Kon\u010dalovskij will be the special closing event of the Rome Film Fest.
