Meanwhile, the documentary genre recorded its second-best performance in 10 years, while foreign sales of drama series had a record year with a 28% increase compared to 2016. <br>More and more French-made series of all kinds are traveling the world and reaching international audiences. <br>Series like \u201cLe Bureau des L\u00e9gendes\u201d (The Bureau) or \u201cMidnight sun\u201d (TV France Ex- port Prize 2018) are paving the way for the consistent success of other drama series like the long-running \u201cCandice Renoir\u201d, the Sci-fi \u201cMis- sions\u201d or the political \u201cBaron Noir\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe timing could not be better to celebrate France\u2019s creativity and savoir-faire on the international content scene. French creators and producers are developing more and more programs with international appeal without sacrificing that undefinable French touch,\u201d says\u00a0<strong>Laurine Garaude<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Director of the Television Division at Reed MIDEM<\/strong>, which organizes MIPTV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFrance is our home.
